Time to burn.

Time To Burn is XCOMM’s debut album: eleven short, sharp shocks of hardcore punk, recorded with Ross Robinson, the producer behind era-defining records from Korn, Slipknot, Glassjaw and At The Drive-In. Frustration, boredom, impulse and absurdity, played at full charge by five kids from Los Angeles.

“Fake ID” turns being turned away from over-21 shows into a snotty anthem of refusal. “Hot Pursuit / One And Nothing” lurches from clenched-jaw velocity into something almost ethereal. “Borrowed Happiness” landed on the soundtrack to Jackass: Best and Last, and “Pirates” brings in Ghostemane for the record’s most vicious cut. Real instruments, no filter, nothing borrowed.
